First off, the check in is way too late in the day. (Between 3pm and 12am)
Next the water pressure was awful in the shower.
& Lastly, the suite had wet carpeting at the front door the entire time we were there. I complained to the man at the desk the first night, and he promised someone would work on it the next morning and if it wasn’t resolved, he would move us to a different room. Nothing was ever done. My toddler and grandmother had a few slips on tile portion of the room. This was above all such a safety issue for us! We all had wet soaked socks the entire time, not to mention the room smelled like urine when the temperature was “too warm”. When we left, it left all of our clothes smelling like this as well.
The key card wouldn’t let us in at night, & the bathroom had no vent making it a slippery wet space to potentially hurt yourself in. This was not a good experience at all. & we barely spent time in there. We paid lots of money for a suite that was not worth the money. Very very disappointing, seeing as we booked two suites and one king bedroom. Our families won’t ever do business with this chain again if this is how Janus property management keeps their hotels.

I read reviews before booking and they said the hotel was dirty. I thought they were exaggerating, considering the Hilton CleanStay and good experiences with Hilton in the past (I am a Diamond Member)… I was wrong, not at all an exaggeration.
The floor was dirty, edges of room look as though it may never be vacuum (room and halls), crumbs, hair, elevator had a strong odor mixed with too much fragrance, hallway ceiling has black spots (mold?), doors have chipping paint, stains on walls, just gross. I asked to be moved to a new room, and it wasn’t much better. There is something in the vent with black spots on it too. Disappointing to say the least. I would suggest heading to a different hotel.

Poor room cleanliness. No breakfast service. No communication regarding reduced services at time of booking.
Web site should be clear, concise and honest about what services are / are not offered during COVID-19.

On the plus side, the front desk staff were quick/efficient and polite.

I stayed here in 2011 when my business first had me traveling to Long Island. I liked it then and I like it even more now (2021). Excellent, central Long Island location. Ample parking with a Budget Rental car in the

Lower lobby. Staff are professional and welcoming. Great choice for business or pleasure.

Thank front desk staff did a good job on entry. There are many entrances that makes things a little convenient since there is no parking in the front. You have to park on the side or in the rear. The rooms were good and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and the place was clean and smoke free but the smell of whatever whomever is smoking does travel into the room so that was no fun. The pool was closed.

Location is great. Close to shops and highway. Was here 4 days housekeeping never came. Hairs in towels and bed upon arrival. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall. Called front desk they must be unaware of the satisfaction guaranteed policy because they didn’t care. No breakfast. Free parking though.

I normally love Dave and Busters but my Gods was is PACKED to the gills….
We’re in the middle of the pandemic still so I was very concerned if everything is even getting cleaned. My partner and I went in and left in 3 minutes….

In general I feel like there should be a type of maximum capacity but especially in these concerning times…idk..

I’ll come on days when there’s less bodies, thank you…

It’s a nice spacious place to enjoy games & food with your children! My 12 year old daughter & her friends had fun here for her birthday ☺ Be prepared to be around a lot of people if you plan to go on the weekend!

The menu was very limited and there were not too many options. We had to scan the QR code and place the order online while dining in. The food was alright, but the portion of the pasta was really less.
Other than the food, I had fun playing the arcade games and bowling. Bowling was 15$ an hour before 5pm and double after 5pm. Their prices to buy coins for the games are also reasonable.

I’ve been shopping at Costco for almost 15years now. I enjoy Costco. The pricing is phenomenal. Parking is ample (and they leave enough space between spots so your car doesn’t get hit by your neighbor’s car door). The lines can get long, but they move. The customer service has always been great. Some of the managers also roll up their sleeves to help.

I get the Executive membership. It literally pays for itself (I actually get back more money than the cost of the membership). You’re allowed two members per card. So if you aren’t a large shopper, consider splitting the cost between two people and seeing if you get a big enough refund check to cover the cost of the membership. If you don’t get a large refund, Costco will refund you the extra difference in membership cost between what you paid for executive (minus the rebate you received) and the basic membership cost. I say it’s well worth a try (if you can afford it because the executive cost is steep). Best luck!

I’VE BEEN VISITING THIS LOCATION FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS, & I THINK THIS LOCATION HAS THE BEST SERVICE. I’VE NEVER HAD A BAD WAITER/WAITRESS. EVERY SINGLE MENU ITEM I’VE TASTED WAS DELICIOUS. THE CHEESECAKE & THE REGULAR CAKES ARE ALSO DELICIOUS. MY FAVORITE IS THE CARROT CAKE CHEESECAKE WITH EXTRA PEANUTS ON THE SIDE. HEAVENLY! FRIDAY THRU SUNDAY GET THERE EARLY OR YOU WILL WAIT A PRETTY LONG TIME, BUT USUALLY THE WAIT IS SHORTER THAN THEY ESTIMATE.

love the food, but there’s always a long wait time for seats.

don’t know what kind of bread it is, but the brown bread is absolutely delicious. my favorite dish is the tomato basil pasta, which is usually made very well, depending on the cook.
cheesecakes are delicious and reasonably priced ($9.50 for one slice is not bad considering how dense each slice is)

food can be expensive but honestly not badly priced as a $16.50 pasta dish can provide me with 2 full meals.

We were here the other day. We were so impressed by the food. Everything was amazing. Cannot wait to go back. The waiter was okay, He was not very patient. Seemed like he couldn’t wait to get us in and out as soon as we sat down. Hope next time to have a better server.

What an amazing store. I am decorating a new space and was looking for a get Target with a ton of homeware. If that’s your case head to this store. Not only that but one of the managers,Andrew is wonderful. He is kind and diligent. He clearly encourages his team to be as well because everyone there is so great. I can’t recommend this location enough. Can’t wait to be back

I was helped by a very kind and respectful employee at Order Pickup. He spent about 20ish minutes searching for my item, assuring me that if it wasn’t found I would receive a gift card for the wait. He did end up finding my item but still gave me a $10 gift card. Very good experience even though I am very patient and have no problem waiting, I understand things happen. His name is Godson. Very good employee, deserves good remarks.

This theater went way downhill. The theaters smell of mold and urine and you can visibly see the mold! There was also gum stuck to the arm rests and seats. Didn’t visit the restroom because if the theaters were this bad I was afraid to see the restroom. It’s unfortunate that this was the only AMC close to me playing the particular movies I wanted to see. The theaters are practically empty, only 3 or 4 others in it. And now I know exactly why. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Now I see why the movie tickets are cheaper here compared to the other theaters…it’s a bit grimy of a theater. I recall it being better years ago but man this theater feels like no one cleaned it in over a year since the pandemic shutdown. The bathrooms smelt like high school locker room. Spend the extra few dollars for another theater.

My mom went there just this afternoon and she was standing in-line check out for a pair of Mr. & Mrs. couple mugs and an employee walked up to her asking to look at them but instead took them and walked away because she wanted to buy them since they were only $.99. I’m sorry but since when was it acceptable for an employee to take the customers items for them selves. My mom even went to the manager to complain and he told her that the price on it was wrong so my mom said “fix the price and I will still buy it” but then the manager and employee told her she could not have the cups. I work in retail as well and this is not acceptable at all. This store honestly needs better management and needs to discipline their employees.

Today 8/4/21 we had our entire Backyard planted with over 19 new Shrubs and Tress purchased at Hicks, with design assistance from Elyse.
She was terrific and gave us great ideas. The highlight was today, Roy & Richie showed up on time, they did such a magnificent job that the yard looks stunning. They communicated with us throughout the install and educated us on a wide variety of how to care for the new additions.
They placed 19 bags of top soil to finish the job.

I had such a lovely experience today with the delivery service from Hicks Nurseries, Inc. You never know what you’ll get when you order online but my Japanese Andromeda plant arrived in excellent condition on a truck, not broken from bouncing around in a hot box for days. On top of that, their delivery person laid out my mulch for me because the bags are so heavy. I was always a fan of their plants and happy to report that their delivery service is fast, safe, reliable, and worth mentioning. ?‍?
