I’ve been going to green acres mall for 40+ years. It’s the largest mall in Queens. Plenty of variety and lots to do. It’s also surrounded by large retailers like Target, Best Buy, and several larger restaurants. Easy to get to but lots of traffic. The closer parking fills quickly but there is more parking that needed.

Went to this store for the first time and I can tell you this store is amazing. It has all of the essential you need. The staff are wonderful. The store is amazing while under construction. The store is well recommended.

Cashier greeted me with a warm good morning, and the gentleman that collects the carts was extremely polite and offered to help me with my packages to my car. I don’t know their names but I shopped at the Valley Stream store 6/8/21 in the morning at 8am. Hope my review can get them some recognition for their warm smile and kind gesture.

They’re in the middle of a remodel and no one knows where anything is. Literally no one. Asked four different associates about the location of one item and got four completely different answers. If you don’t have competent employees, what makes you think you can handle a remodel while the store is open???

One of the worst buy for my moneys worth, food was undercooked a d worst costumer service. We
Ordered online for pickup. We went 30 minutes after ordering and still the pretzels weren’t ready we were told if we still wanted what we had ordered we would have to wait additional 10 minutes. Which we didn’t mind but once we received the food the garlic Parmesan was just dumped on the pretzel and the jalapeño pretzel was soggy. Truly disappointed.

Their service is very deplorable. There customer service is so low. I went there to trade my phone in to get a new phone recently & when I went in, the “store manager” told me that I would have to wait 20 minutes because his sales reps are on lunch. I waited a whole 40 minutes. I went back inside to inquire about when I’m going to get help by a sales person. The manager gave me a look as if I was a bother to him or like a was wasting his time. Either way, I asked the question and he had the stinkiest attitude and reply “NO”. He even had the audacity to cut his eyes and ignore what I was saying afterwords. I don’t recommend this store. The customer service is TRASH ! Absolutely TRASH

The clerks were very helpful when you asked for their help. In other words, the clerks didn’t impose their help on you; they allowed you to look around until you figured out you don’t know what you’re looking for. Wait, maybe that was just me. Anyway, it was a pleasant shopping experience; and I don’t particularly like shopping.

It’s an average Best Buy with an okay customer service. I waited roughly 12 minutes, as indicated by the app, for curbside pickup. After 15 minutes, I got nothing. I go in to do a regular pickup and there are no lines with 4 people working the counter, specifically for pickup. It would have been easier if they told me to just come inside instead of standing around and not doing curbside pickup. As for the rest of the store, it’s like any other Best Buy.

Recently my club partners’ and I entered Chase Bank to open a business account. We received professional, personal and courteous service from one Ms. Ana Hernandez. While we did not qualify for the account, it was heartfelt to observe professionalism in action. Ms. Hernandez did not realize it but one of my partners’ recently loss her sister and was not herself. Ms. Hernandez was very patient. The patience and support Ms. Hernandez offered was over and beyond what was required. My club partner and I work and tutor students of all ages and backgrounds who we try to teach what Ms. Hernandez did so naturally! THANK YOU!

I was 12 entering South High. Graduated in 1965. Some teachers I remember Music Mr. Gibson, Metal Shop Caruso,Wood Kiley? Reason I remember them is at the end of end term us kids would wrestle and fight the 2 teachers. Caruso was huge and Kiley tough. Remember westling coach AArgenzio. I didn’t take school serious. I pledged and entered Kappa Delta Nu (Red and Black) Faternity which was more like an organized gang. Had some of the toughest guys in Valley Stream. Only after the service and engagement to my wife of 45 years I went to night college for 6 years for advertising. 3 at Farmingdale, 3 at the School of Visual Arts as I worked a full time job during the day and worked weekends at something else. Led to a career in advertising which ultimately led to opening my own agency in 1986. I enjoyed South, held 3 track records that lasted many years, lettered in football under Coach Graham even though I was 135 lb. soaking wet. 10th grade my dad passed and Mr.Kiley got me through the project I was working on and it won “Best of Show” at South. Senior year i placed third. Hilite of my ad career was winning the “Best of Show” at “The One Show.” Equal to an Academy award in film. I only excelled in college. Also went under the GI Bill to I actually made more than the courses cost so was like another job. I am happy to say I chat on Facebook with many alumni of South and Central. Even email my kindergarten buddy Susan Garber. All the memories are terrific. Memories that last a lifetime.

The screenshots speak for themselves. This was just a conversation over text. In person the sales staff was rude and blunt about them being the best. No understanding of how customer service works. No knowledge of their vehicles and their specifications.

When asking simple questions such as “Is this vehicle a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned)?” The response I received was, “Did you check the website? If it says it there than it is.” Sales lady did not even bother to check for herself and explain what the warranty would would cover, let alone the duration of such warranty.

On top of that, I presented a well detailed pricing layout on a notebook to show where the charges are going to for a vehicle. While I tried to understand and explain this to her, she immediately spoke over me and stated “It’s very easy to understand. You get it, right?” At that moment, all I mentioned was the online price.

All they care about is making a sale. No customer service. Definitely came off as an arrogant dealership all around.

Had an appointment at 1:00 . Stephen took care of me. He was very nice and tried to take care of everything I needed. Within 45 minutes we had a deal I place. But some reason it took another 5 and half hours for me to walk out the place with my car. Stephen tried to help but, the finance department. Kept me waiting for hours before I sat down with them. If wasn’t for the long wait, I would have had a wonderful experience there. Because Stephen was trying everything he could to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I appreciate the help Stephen gave me, just wish I didn’t have to wait over 6 and half hours to get a car

Went here for my first service on my Toyota Corolla. I made an appointment online -the day before they called me to confirm my appointment. Once I got there, they took my car right away – had to go over some paperwork and then waited in the waiting area. Which is a big area with TV, water, and coffee. A little bit after 1 hour everything was done and I was able to go home. Quick and friendly service – will be back for my next service.

I purchased a Little Tikes Slam Dunk Big Ball Pit on May 04, 2020 which would take about 10 days to be in the Walmart location. I was able to get the same product from the same location on much early date. I have been trying to contact Walmart to have this item cancel and this has been a great big headache. I have tried to call and unable to speak with anyone.
I am still trying to get a refund from my purchase price and unable to get one. Very very bad services. I was on the phone on May 16, 2020 since 8:00 a.m. morning trying to speak with someone unable 11:30 May 16, 2020. Very Bad Services .

Complete joke of a business. They will tell you one thing and do something completely different all to make a profit. They will charge you for overnight shipping, then ship your order ups ground if you are in the Tristate area and make a profit off of the shipping you paid. They will make a sale knowing the item isn’t in and then go shopping around for the item after they already took your money. Totally unethical business practices. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Sign on the door states… Store Hours 10am – 6pm. So how is it, I’m crossing the street at 5:40pm & see the lights shut off?? & Not even a sign on the door apologizing for closing early?? Okay.

I’m pretty sure the guy I just watched ride off into the sunset on his bicycle was the rep on duty too.

Latonia is a superstar! I was having issues with the prints. The machine was cutting off the part that included Rocco my pup who passed last year. She helped me through several reprints even after store closing. I watched her interact with other customers with that sweet smile and great customer service. We talked a bit about family and our pups. I was having a hard day and Latonia cheered me up. Thank you so much. You’re amazing!

I want to thank Ramone and Jay for helping me get the Honda Pilot Limited Edition 2021 for my family. And also Gary (finance) for getting me a good deal. I had been to several dealership prior to this one. I thought the transaction and the sales went as smoothly as I had hoped. The GM (Jay) chatted with me about the value of treating customers well. Although some of the reviews here are negative, I guess you cannot please everyone, I think they do a pretty decent job. I would recommend my family and friends to come here.

Juju is very disrespectful and rude. I purchase my Honda polite 2018 at this location. He never told me that my car had so many damages to the car. When I educated about these damages to his attention. he was so rude, he called me a liar that he told me about the damage. I had brought the car back so he can see it.I also stated to him that you never told me that the car had these damages when spoke to him over the phone. He than told me that if i fix these issues he is charging me half price to fix it like i made these damages.He than told me that i had to drop the car off to get fix. I had asked him if i will get a car to use while my car was getting fixed. He than told me no i have to get a rental for those days. I had expressed to him that i can not afford to be home with out getting paid and plus i don’t have any more money to get another rental because i went back to work from a bad car accident on mothers Day. he told me to wait until i have time to fix the car. So today i had text him about fixing my car he than called me today and was cursing me out and being rude.I had upload pictures all the damages that i educated him about and our text messages that i had with him.
