I stayed here for a few day last week and I will definitely go back. The staff was super friendly. From the manager at the front desk to the young ladies that cleaned the room. The breakfast was delicious especially the omelette that I had and I rarely eat eggs. I didn’t have to worry about my belongings going missing. The pool area was clean. There are so many restaurants in that same area of the hotel. If I asked for an extra towel or washcloth, I got it right away. Great place, friendly and respectful staff and calm atmosphere. Also, someone was always at the from desk if assistance was needed.

Linda and Kayla were the ladies at the front desk, they are so helpful every single time I come to visit! They Always make sure I am satisfied with my stay. Rvc best western is right in the heart of town. You can leave your car in the parking lot and walk to wherever you like.

Well it had a bed and AC. To bad the rug was stained, the curtains were dirty and the shower curtain was frayed across the top. The popcorn ceiling was peeling and falling on the headboard. The best though was the smell of pot that never left. Each time the AC turned on the smell got stronger. The curtains smelled of it also. I was so tired from being at the hospital over 20 hours I didn’t leave. Should have but never going again. The front office woman and the security guard were friendly.

I stay at this hotel for both business and pleasure. This Hampton Inn always takes good care of me. The breakfast is good and the standard offering for most Hampton Inn brands. Located in Rockville Center there are various restaurants within walking distance. You can pretty much a restaurant of any type of food in the area. A grocery store is also located right behind the store (King Kullen).

Very pleasant staff, room and sheets was clean, no funky smell… as for the bed depending on which side you were, got a bit sqeeky but not too disturbing but noticeable. Not sure if this is for all beds, just the room i stayed.

The area is good, with restaurants and bars being within 1mile..

Will recommend to family and friends to stay here.

The hotel was very clean the bed was comfortable.
The staff were very manner able.
The breakfast was awesome.
The only thing I found a lot of guest were not wearing their mask, and that was a problem for safety, to the elderly and children that were at the hotel.
And did not seem to be mandated by the hotel.

The rooms a shockingly nice,I have my reserve with some of the clientele. Customer service is good,the neighborhood has a little bit of everything (gas stations,restaurants,banks,ect..)

Me and my significant other have been coming to this location for over six months consistently every week. For some reason, we always receive an issue when we want to book an extra night. Front desk receptionist(s) always claim that there are no other rooms available at 1 PM on a Saturday when we are all aware that most people do check out by then as well as the parking lot being mostly empty. This is absolutely unfortunate considering we receive emails about being “platinum” member but clearly that makes no difference. We believed giving our loyalty to a specific location would get us perks and other benefits as their website claims but that does not seem to be the case. Completely unfortunate. There are new employees who have not seen us previously but that’s because they are new.. we’ve been coming to this location for months. Based on the new employees, and the horrible customer service – I am now going to book a room at another hotel after being kicked out. Disgusted. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will be leaving this same review on all websites.

Alex from the reception has a pretty bad attitude towards the customer. Customer should not be talked the way he is talking. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Try others

Staff was excellent but rooms are so so. Think they are closing soon for renovation so we will see what it looks like them. Close to train so it’s perfect for business

Dr Stroh is a very caring, smart doctor. Listens to all our problems and answers all our questions. He is very professional and so is his office and staff. We get the best care and I highly recommend him as a physician.

I have the utmost confidence in his skill and care.
He is the reason I still have my vision.
The kindness and care shown by he and his staff has been wonderful.

Instead of investing money on parking, how about invest money on more beds in ER , better doctors and efficiency. I u sweat and hospitals are busy right now but how long have we been under covid 19 for over a year. This should be the norm by now, learn to adapt and have better transparency on wait times and where in the line you are to get seen. Put a system in the ER to show where you are in line and how long it would time, average time of course since you can’t be 100% sure of time.

ABSOLUTE WORST HOSPITAL!! DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN EMERGENCY!!! They will make you wait for hours and hours. You will only be seen if you have a stroke and literally crying for pain. Brought a family member in for CHEST PAIN!! We were sent from urgent care. The Patient had heavy chest pain. We presented an ECG from urgent care as well. We sat and waited for over 2 hours. Patient is still in pain. Meanwhile, patients after us were seen. Due to HIPPA I will not disclose their information but it was not as severe. Rapid chest pain is a silent heart attack!! Come on South Nassau. DO BETTER. Staff your department. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! IF I CAN GIVE NO STARS… I WOULD!

I’m giving this place a 5/5 because of their swift and easy printing and notary services! I called a head of time to ask about their notarization service and the gentleman that picked up was super helpful; he was clear and suggested I come in before 5pm to get the notarization completed. When I mentioned I needed to print items he suggested that I could email them to the UPS store upon arrival and they would be printed for me. Upon arrival, there were about five people ahead of me, at which I was willing to wait, but was unsure if I had to since I wasn’t mailing out anything. Therefore I gave them another ring, the gentleman remembered me and told me to come right in to get the notarization. I waited less than 10 min for everything to be completed! Everyone was super on point, fast and KIND! I would go back again and use their services. Thank you for offering great customer service, especially during the busiest time of the year (holiday season).

This location is appointment-only. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. I had an appointment before work and everything was smooth. There may be some delays but overall, don’t believe all the reviews here which may be fueled by frustration. The staff here are hard working and I would not hesitate to make another appointment again.

This location is NOT by appointment only. I had a bad waiting experience because of the walk in’s. I had an appointment and I had the option of waiting in the waiting room or sit outside and they’ll text me when they’re ready for me. I opted for the text. As soon as they text me, I walked in right away. When I came in, no one called me. During this time, I heard them calling the walk ins. I know they are walk ins because they are being called by number. They were skipping me. 40 minutes passed and I finally got someone’s attention. I told them that they keep skipping me. The phlebotomist said she called me but I wasn’t there. Meanwhile it took me 30 seconds to walk from lobby to office. She didn’t even give me a chance to walk there before she skipped me. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re not the priority? Never again. Don’t waste your time making an appointment. Just walk in and be prepared to wait and wait and wait. Good luck

I moved to Nassau county almost two years ago and had to find a new dentist. I was so pleased to find Dr. Grosser and his AMAZING staff!! My whole family goes to Dr. Grosser and we all love going for our appointments. The front-desk receptionist is friendly and so accommodating. Jodi is an awesome dental hygienist who cares about each patient and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Grosser is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I cannot speak more highly about this team.
