This is an excellent High school, high graduation rate and most graduates go to college , military or find jobs. Anyone who say there is a high rate of dropouts is a LIAR! My son attended this high school and is doing his last year of college. The principal and teachers care about the students. They have an afternoon homework center, SAT FREE prep classes on Saturdays, Prep classes on Saturdays for the REGENTs test prep ect.. There are many schools in that don’t offer these programs.

I love the Billy Deans Showtime Cafe Room–a warm, cozy and friendly space that offers great music and even better margaritas. I mostly go for the tiki events that happen periodically, but I’ve seen some great bands there too. I always have fun at this place.

Great spot. Very professional staff. The ownership needs to be commended. They run a top notch venue. There’s never a problem. Drinks prices are very good too. Girls are smoking hot! Better than the overpriced NYC clubs. Right on Long Island!

Had a wonderful time at Billy Deans establishment in the early hours of Sunday morning this past weekend! I had just got out of a Black Tie formal wedding and needed to relax. I was so fortunate to Google nearby adult clubs and I saw Billy Deans had quite a high rating. While I did have to hunt down an ATM machine after getting my wristband, it was well worth it! I felt comfortable right away as the bartender and the dancers were so friendly and pleasant. I must say one incredible person performing at Billy Deans is Luna ❤️. She made my evening! I just wish I didn’t live an hour and a half away or I’d surely be a regular. I don’t know exactly what “the Billy Dean way” means, but they bloody hell are doing something right! I’m duly impressed.

I came here for the flu vaccine and proceeded to wait 45 minutes while the middle-aged female pharmacist talked to an elderly couple about everything from their prior health history to what their insurance company was upselling them on other vaccines to their grandchildren to to their favorite movies to what Long Island looked like in the 1970s. I was the only other person in line, but that didn’t matter. We all needed to hear their opinions on whether this area needs a skate park for their little Timmy to play in! I finally gave up and left. Really unprofessional…..if I wanted to wait an hour for a vaccine, I’d go to the doctor’s office. But Walgreen’s doesn’t even have doctors administering their vaccines, but mere pharmacists.

Even the cashiers who work here look like weird troglodytes. The last time I was here around 10 pm, some young kid shot me an angry look for daring to bring my items to his counter for payment.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for almost 8 years to get my epileptic son medication. It used to be nice and friendly when Frank was working there, now it’s terrible, it’s always a hassle to get my son medication. Majority of the times I’ve to come back twice for his medication due to the pharmacy don’t have his monthly supply. It’s becoming a habit for this pharmacy to give me 5 days, or 10 days supply for a 30 days medication. I never had a problem going back twice for his meds. What I do have a problem with that his pharmacy is charging me double the amount of copay for my son 30 day supply, 2 weeks ago I was there to uplift for my son medication, same story, this time I got 20 days supply of medication, I paid my copay which was $40. Came back yesterday the pharmacy charge me another $40 for 10 pills, let me make this clear, $40 is my monthly copay for this specific drug. It’s not my fault this pharmacy didn’t have the entire 30 days supply, so why do I pay to $80 dollars copay instead of $40??
My advice to others stay the hell away from this pharmacy. I’m will be taking my business somewhere else.

Today was a very good game at the Walgreens at 703 new bridge road in North Belmont I was having a problem with Western Union receiving money and with the help of Michelle and Andrea my experience was painless and they helped me a lot made me feel very comfortable and welcome Made my experience they’re very happy just wanted to say thank you very much and anyone who goes to that store will be treated very well once again I would like to drag thank Andrea M Michelle for all the help that they gave me

Very unprofessional and rude doctor. She talks over you. She acts as if she is the worlds greatest doctor. And everything she says and recommends, is fact. When you question the remarks she makes. She gets an attitude, and tells you your wrong. The front desk staff is obnoxiously rude. If you are planning on using this doctor. . I advise you use another. . Even if it means traveling out of state.

Dr Yu was my mom’s LIFESAVER!! What an AWESOME doctor. Very professional, caring and competent. She took the time and tediously worked on my mom’s issue with such a caring and compassionate attitude. Ultimately she saved her from becoming paralyzed. Had an outstanding experience with the staff as well.

I am lucky I made to my 30th birthday… I went To her last year and this year & I cancelled all future appointments and tests. She is the most rude, uneducated, and condescending doctor. She think she knows everything including other professions and has no problem interrupting you to tell you you’re wrong. This practice missed a very serious diagnosis and I almost died. I was rushed into an emergency head and neck surgery in September because of it. They also missed a brain aneurysm in my scan! Because of my conditions I was sent back to receive Botox treatments by her which went wrong. Instead of her addressing it she tried blaming everything under the sun Except herself. She then proceeded to say my surgery was pointless and it was impossible for the condition – basically saying my neurosurgeon had no idea what he was talking about though he save my life. I have near terminal conditions and this Bi**h said I tilt my head too much this is why I’m like this… I have neurological and physical damage! This ignorant terrible doctor will insult, hurt, and possibly do worse. Stay away! She needs to lose her license, ya never know.

Dr Chan has been heaven sent!!! After starting my search for the treatment of my symptoms of Parkinson’s with a different neurologist I found a home with Dr Nora Chan at Winthrop. As being a patient of hers for three years now I’m sure I have tested her patients lol at times with my changing symptoms and never once has she ever a shown a lack of compassion or a lack of concern for my needs. I have never once felt as if I was being rushed out of a office visit with her, as a matter-of-fact she makes you feel like you’re her only patient which is one of the rarest feelings now with seeing doctors. I have now moved to North Carolina and travel back to New York just to continue my treatment with Dr Nora Chan every 3 months. I truly can’t say enough good words about the relief I have received from this terrible disease of Parkinson’s from the care of Dr Nora Chan. Hope this review will help you for it is coming straight from my heart.

I TOOK MY HUSBAND TO THIS DOCTOR THINKING SHE WAS THE BEST DOCTOR EVER WELL WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE BECAUSE OF HER MY HUSBAND CAN NO WALK HE BEEN DETERIOATE AFTER SHE INCREASE THE MEDICATION SHE SENT HIM FOR TEXT AFTER TEXT WITH NO EXPLANATION WEN MY DAUGHTER QUESTIONS SHE GOT VERY RUDE SHE SAID WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO THERE IS NOT CURE FOR PARKINSON WHICH IS TRUE BUT THIS IS THE WAY A PROFESIONAL COMUNICATE WITH THE PATIENT SHE IS THE MOST RUDE SHE NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS MAY HUSBAND IS BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL FOR 2 WEEKS SHE NEVER CALL ME TO QUESTION WHY PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR

Dr. Lazar was AMAZING! I was literally panicking because I couldn’t find an orthopedics for my toddler. I was able to find Dr. Lazar after hours of searching and she is perfect! My daughter was super comfortable with the magic touch that Dr. Lazar presented. I highly recommend this place.

Roosevelt High School is a wonderful and improving school. Gourmet meals are served for breakfast and lunch. Most teachers are very kind, and all are passionate about teaching. This school is great and any one will love it!

When I went to register my son the nurse was so rude she was yelling at me trying to explain something to me that I already had understood. She was telling the female bilingual security guard to tell me everything she had to tell me when I speak and understand English and she was in a terrible attutude and was very racist. People like this should stay home if they can’t deal with people or do their Job profesionally.

My mother had a horrible experience with this Doctor. He has no bedside manners. Made my mother feel beneath him. He acted like he was giving a free consultation. Rude responses!!! No person should experience this. I wish I didn’t have to give him a star. ?

Dr Steven Rokito has Angel’s Hands.He is THE BEST SHOULDER SURGEON !!! God bless Dr Rokito.He worked so wonderful on my right shoulder that my scars are so tiny.Everybody is surprised when they see my tiny scars..And I feel so fine after 6 weeks!!!!!! I went to BP just now for an opinion on my car, which is making a ticking noise. The owner Azar was so kind to take a look, and gave me a lot of time, while explaining exactly what the problem was.
He is extremely professional, and diagnosed the problem right away. He didn’t tell me that I needed anything, or try to sell me anything.
I was also referred to this place by a friend who has had nothing but positive experiences with BP.
Its very nice to have a place where you can trust the owners and mechanics. Furthermore, even though he was busy, he made my issue a priority.
Great people, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs servicing! 5 Stars!

I went to BP yesterday for front brakes replacement. I went in the morning to Mavis Discount Tires in East Meadow, NY for front brakes replacement. I was told that the cost for replacing the brakes was $805.00. I declined since the cost was absurdly high. Later that day I went to BP One Stop Petroleum at 2425 Jerusalem Ave. on North Bellmore, NY. Gil couldn’t have been more forward and kind. He told me right from the beginning that the cost would be $320.00 plus Tax and in the end that is exactly what he charged for Ceramic Brakes. I will definitely go there again for my car needs.
