I stayed here for a few day last week and I will definitely go back. The staff was super friendly. From the manager at the front desk to the young ladies that cleaned the room. The breakfast was delicious especially the omelette that I had and I rarely eat eggs. I didn’t have to worry about my belongings going missing. The pool area was clean. There are so many restaurants in that same area of the hotel. If I asked for an extra towel or washcloth, I got it right away. Great place, friendly and respectful staff and calm atmosphere. Also, someone was always at the from desk if assistance was needed.

Linda and Kayla were the ladies at the front desk, they are so helpful every single time I come to visit! They Always make sure I am satisfied with my stay. Rvc best western is right in the heart of town. You can leave your car in the parking lot and walk to wherever you like.

Well it had a bed and AC. To bad the rug was stained, the curtains were dirty and the shower curtain was frayed across the top. The popcorn ceiling was peeling and falling on the headboard. The best though was the smell of pot that never left. Each time the AC turned on the smell got stronger. The curtains smelled of it also. I was so tired from being at the hospital over 20 hours I didn’t leave. Should have but never going again. The front office woman and the security guard were friendly.

I stay at this hotel for both business and pleasure. This Hampton Inn always takes good care of me. The breakfast is good and the standard offering for most Hampton Inn brands. Located in Rockville Center there are various restaurants within walking distance. You can pretty much a restaurant of any type of food in the area. A grocery store is also located right behind the store (King Kullen).

Very pleasant staff, room and sheets was clean, no funky smell… as for the bed depending on which side you were, got a bit sqeeky but not too disturbing but noticeable. Not sure if this is for all beds, just the room i stayed.

The area is good, with restaurants and bars being within 1mile..

Will recommend to family and friends to stay here.

The hotel was very clean the bed was comfortable.
The staff were very manner able.
The breakfast was awesome.
The only thing I found a lot of guest were not wearing their mask, and that was a problem for safety, to the elderly and children that were at the hotel.
And did not seem to be mandated by the hotel.

Alex from the reception has a pretty bad attitude towards the customer. Customer should not be talked the way he is talking. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Try others

Staff was excellent but rooms are so so. Think they are closing soon for renovation so we will see what it looks like them. Close to train so it’s perfect for business

Sofia Diana was a pleasure to work with. She worked with us and was extremely patient to cater our needs. She was very knowledgeable in the vehicles we looked at. She is definitely “ not” your typical car salesperson. Didn’t get that pushy feeling you get at a lot of other car dealerships. If you are at Audi Lynbrook I would so recommend you ask for Sofia. You will not be disappointed.

Writing this review to commend Alexander on his exemplary service for helping my husband and I, with his Q7 purchase. Him and Alexander talk to each other on a weekly basis after only now getting to know each other. However my husband forgot to mention that Wilson was also a big help in the purchase. I truly feel that both of them were the same level of expertise and understanding through out the entire process. I recommend this particular branch for anyone who wants amazing service. Please ask for Wilson and/or Alexander. Both of their knowledge and sincerity was above and beyond me and husband’s expectations! Amazing joint effort guys!!!

I had an awesome visit to this location! Alex was my sales rep, and he did an incredible job explaining the car & during the test drive, to both me and my dad! Sandra was also a great help too when it came to the financial side of everything! Both of them were very personable, and I recommend them both! I absolutely love my Avalon Green A6! Dr Keefer saw my mother. He is so awesome patient knowledgeable and selfless. We loooooove him. My mom is feeling so much better. He cares even when Speaking with him. Dr. Yadegar, the nurse, as well as the other staff were all very patient, polite, and professional. When I had my MRI, Brenda, who was the technician was careful holing my arm, and asked if she could help in any way. When I had to remove my hearing aids, she spoke loudly and used hand signs. I was very impressed with this entire group!

Orlin & Cohen always provide more than outstanding care as a medical service provider. Dr. Gerber, his staff’ and the physical Therapy department are knowledgeable, empathetic and courteous. The administration staff are warm patient and welcoming.

Dr. Gekht is INCREDIBLY REMARKABLE! I am highly highly satisfied and had a completely wonderful experience. My cosmetic facial procedures were painless and were executed properly with almost now down time! Super professional work and diligent post operative care. The amount of time and skill, and attention I received from Dr. Gekht was spectacular. The staff were very helpful and courteous. HIGHLY recommended! Dr. Gekht truly changed my life.

Great Doctor and Great Service. From the 1st phone call scheduling my daughters appointment to the end of the appointment we received nothing but great care & attention. I forget his Dental Assistants name on the day we were seen(5/28/2020)but she was so kind & patient with us.
Dr Gekht was amazing, he took the time to explain everything to myself & my 18 yr old daughter who had surgery about 3 different procedures done. He was professional & we did not feel rushed and my daughter says he was gentle with her. He saw my daughter & helped her on an urgent dental matter and we could not be more pleased. I am so grateful to Dr Gekht and his Dental assistant for taking great care of my daughter.

Had a great experience. Brought my baby, Shelby ( a toy poodle) in April. Worked with Dylan who was excellent. Since then I have called and been in multiple times and the staff is very helpful and patient. Any time Dylan is there, he always helps me and gives great advice and Shelby loves him!!! I will continue to go back as all staff there are great!!

I had to share this story with you, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BUY A PUPPY! I agreed to buy this Sheep-Poodle mix for 5K, yes 5K! What did I want? to be assured the dog did not have a heart Murmer! The store REFUSED to let me have the dog examined at MY COST, why? Because they were looking to cheat me like they will look to cheat you so don’t buy a dog here look at some of these reviews!

Michael was a pleasure to work for my Mom’s service. He went over every detail we asked about and provided plenty of space for my family and I to make final decisions without any pressure or salesmanship. Everything was laid out and handled professionally and with personable etiquette. Michael made sure to keep us on time for any deadlines and submit all of the necessary paperwork on schedule. The Flinch and Bruns team did an above and beyond service that was beautiful. Everyone I spoke to at any point was friendly and professional and checked in on how I was doing as well. I very much cannot express how grateful I am to them for their work. It certainly is not an easy field they are in and not easy services they provide. I continue to extend my gratitude to them for making a difficult time for my family as easy to understand and setup as possible.

I forgot my debit card in the drive thru atm while rushing to get to work, someone saw it in the machine and brought it in to return it once the bank was opened. When I called up the bank panicking, the teller Sharon, told me that they had the card. I had to cancel it because I wasn’t sure when I was able to pick it up this week due to my work hours. They sent me a new one for yesterday and I got it. So thank you Sharon and the customer who returned my card.

I agree with the last reviewer who praised Jaci-Ann for coming from another Public Storage location to help out at the Rockville Centre Merrick Road location!!! I was very upset when I got there as I had some issues to clear up and she gave me a smile and not only fixed my situation but IMPROVED my situation going forward making things so much easier for me!!! She went out of her way to help in more than one way with a smile and understanding nature it made me so happy and relieved!! I needed some help to get to the next step and she got me there with no stress…. she was professional, courteous, understanding and most of all EFFECTIVE!!! She got the job done, which sadly these days is usually a struggle. I really appreciate what Jaci-Ann was able to do for me and all of her help. It’s so nice when you find a company and people who will work with you and help when needed. There were other customers waiting before and after me and she made us all feel important and took care of each of our needs. She is a huge asset to the company and this location. I was helping a friend move into this facility recently and the only reason why I give it 3 stars is because where the loading dock is located, I don’t understand why there isn’t ramp located adjacent to that entrance. It would make it a lot easier to load and unload items there. There are steps there, but to make it easier for all you need to also have a ramp there. I have never seen a loading dock that didn’t have a ramp also to assist you with moving items in and out.

This is my second car from this location and I even brought my son to get his first car here I love how they work with you in getting you the best and safest car for yourself or love ones, they go out their way to help you, Anthony service advisor looked up to see if he can help with discount on your service and did his best to help me with the deals on service, Alberto the service manager director is such a caring person considering his obligation he puts ones need, safety and financial issues ahead of his own business obligations to seal the deal on ones financial need of help. I have had two recalls on my Ford. Peter and Crown Ford handled them quickly, efficiently and treated me well. I have not a single complaint about the whole process. All the work was done right and the dates that they set up were reasonable.

I initially called a large Ford Dealer and got tossed from service manager to service manager and then a way pushed out date to come in.
