I stopped in today September 3rd, to purchase a new Apple Watch since I dropped my previous watch and cracked the screen. The gentleman that help I think his name was David was awesome and helped me quickly and efficiently. He answered all of my questions and did so with a friendly attitude. His positivity was nice considering I had a rough day. Thank you so much and I highly recommend coming to this Best Buy for your technological needs!

I have been going there for several years. I celebrated my birthday ? there 2 years ago, and yesterday. I went w 2 friends who treated me.
The food is delicious ? and nothing fancy. I love the pulled pork, but this time I chose to eat the rib and chicken dinner w sweet potato. That is one of my favorites ?❤
There is a great assortment of steaks, chicken and ribs. But always crowded, because it is so popular. After being seated though the service is fast.

Great food and great service! You’re never going to be disappointed with Texas Roadhouse. We went from Queens to Long Island to dine and it’s very worth it for what you pay for. The servings are huge plus their Texas Roadhouse steak sauce is perfect for your steak. Will come back again.

Another great experience at Texas Roadhouse. I’ve been to 2 other locations in Pennsylvania but never to the one here in NY and they didn’t disappoint. Our waiter Lewis was AMAZING. He was fun, down to earth and attentive. Beside the delicious food he was the highlight of our evening. Will definitely be coming back.

Best date night spot! You get the best of both worlds! Movies & dining!
There’s a great menu that you can order from and they bring it right to you! Also there’s a bar on site which is great if you want a drink to go along with your food!
The theater is overall clean except for the bathrooms.
I have been coming here for years and this theater is constantly upgrading. Love it!

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this AMC is bigger than the one in Bay Terrace. The one in Bay Terrace has 40 seats per theatre but this one has more. The reclining seats are extremely comfortable and soft. I went with my friends to watch the new Marvel movie.

Good movie theater. As a 6’8″ man I actually fit into their sites and don’t have to get up everytime someone from my asides needs to run out. There were no napkins or straws anywhere my last visit but that never happened before so assuming it was just a fluke thing or they were short staffed.

Went for church anniversary celebration. Beautiful location.good food. Waiter moved too quickly with removing some items off the table that we weren’t finished with yet(coffee,cake) nice sized dance floor. Beautiful ambiance. Great company.

We had a fantastic experience with our wedding at the Sterling. Puja was extremely helpful in putting our day together and making sure everything ran smoothly. The packages Sterling offers (DJ, photographer, decor, food) also makes things easy and less stressful. Would definitely do another event here!

A visit for returning Amazon items. Its not the first time I’ve been in a kohl’s. The returns are very fast unless the patrons don’t have their items ready, but staff is good. They give you a receipt and a coupon for the store typically. This time they gave $5 off anything. It was a struggle to find anything that was a good price, minus $5. I eventually found a shirt for my wife and waiting on a long line for 10 minutes and it didn’t move. At this point I returned the shirt to a shelf and left. This was early afternoon, not a rush hour time. They could have given me the shirt for free, but it’s not worth a half hour to wait in line to check out. The store is clean however, well lit and the temperature is comfortable. Employees have always been helpful. They are just drastically understaffed.

My wife and I drove 2 hours from jersey to go get a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The trip was well worth it. This was my first time financing a vehicle and the experience was amazing. TOM was very knowledgeable and easy going, I highly recommend you guys ask for Tom. Chang from the finance department was also amazing and got us the best rates. Good service not over crowded. The appetizers were really good. We had wings, nachos, mozzarella stick and all were good. The Prime Buger was flavor full. The only thing that we had here and would not recommend is the Pasta Alfredo, there was no flavor.

Ample parking, hostess and waitstaff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. We had a large group with folks arriving at different times and orders were handled in stride. The food was excellent and attractively plated. Service overall was wonderful, thank you so much! Very recommended.

No rush to order. The usual good attentive service. Knowledgeable helpful staff. Should mention easy and always available parking with extra wide spaces that keep your rear views in one piece.
Good sport TV set-up. Especially nice to see the house
coming back….
Would suggest the “men’s room get some on-going attention….

I prefer this ulta beauty…More selection… But when i used my ulta points the lady who worked there said i will receive a “BILL” IN the mail since i used my diamond points. so idk if the points are a scam??? ?.. Some of the workers are lazy, but a few that i met today were very helpful & kind. I got what i was looking for.

The employees had absolutely NO personality. There was no “hi how are you” or “have a great day”. They literally sat and had a full blown conversation about the cashiers nails instead of helping me, didn’t listen to what I was saying, the woman with the copper highlights seemed like she didn’t even want to be there & seemed annoyed. This is the first ULTA I’ve been to where the people just seemed … off. As if they hate their job or something… I got better info from the customers!! The woman with the LV mask was nice and so was the woman at the very front door selling the sunscreen stuff but everyone else seemed angry, depressed, annoyed or too into their conversation to notice customers.

Absolutely the worse service, dropped my son’s laptop for fan replacement and they didn’t even repair it. Told us that they couldn’t get the part from Dell and couldn’t repair after holding on to the laptop for 2 months. Whenever we called for updates, rep could never tell us anything. I recommend going to Sakki computers repair shop. They took care of mine in a week.

Very unprofessional. I went to install a radio and 2 amps for my car. Within a day of leaving the amps were falling apart in the trunk along with the apple car play not working. In addition i brought another vehicle to install the same radio and parts were not connected correctly. I also noticed that the glove box compartment was not seated back properly. I reached out to Geek Squad and they told me to bring in my car on a day I did not have an appointment to fix these issues since it was from a previous job. I verified 3 times that it would not be a problem for me bringing in my car when I was not scheduled. They told me no problem. I brought the vehicle in and the lady says we”ll work on your car in between the 2 other cars they already had. I didn’t agree to this over the phone but figured even if my amps were fixed so they weren’t apart or the radio connectivity fixed, it wouldnt be a waste of a trip since I live an hour away. My car ended up staying at Best Buy for 10 hrs. I dropped the vehicle off at 10am and came back at 7pm to pick it up. When Chris the technician called, he said he was only able to adjust the latch on the glove box within those whole 10 hrs. As a customer I couldn’t believe this, I live an hour away from the Levittown location and pretty much waited all day for them to do something that takes 10-15 min. i went back to pick up and questioned this. Chris was extremely rude and began to walk away from me and asked me to get out which was very unprofessional.I didn’t like the way he spoke to me. I then went to speak to Geek Squad Supervisor Rafa Sikder who pretended to listen to my concerns and agreed then said she would call me back the next day with the best solution. I don’t think my issue was very important to her since she never called. I also noticed that Geek Squad had cancelled all of my upcoming appointments at their store. Was this the solution ? I decided to go back in person, I saw Rafa and she ran to the back of the stock room to hide. I was then introduced to another manager Andrew Acompora who I explained my situation to as well. He states that the appointments were cancelled because the technician didn’t like the way he was spoken to when he didn’t seem to be bothered with what I had to say. I also tried to get a last name for the technician from Mr. Acompora but he refused to give it to me. I told him I could wait until he found it, He then responded with ” You can wait all day” Again not a way to talk to a paying customer. I had more parts to install but you can’t tell a customer to come in for service thinking their either gonna fix their previous mistakes or put on new parts but instead not fix anything. It was a waste of time and more importantly a waste of my day. The bottom line is, it’s not worth to bring your car here for service. The job won’t be done right and you’ll most likely have problems you didn’t have before.

If you want a customized/installed butcher block kitchen countertop don’t waste your time at this Lowe’s. According to the Kitchen/Countertop “specialist” they couldn’t customize this type of countertop for me. However, skeptical of the staff’s statement, I went over to the Garden City Lowe’s where I experienced not just friendlier but true expert service. Oh! Most importantly, the Garden City Lowe’s could customize my desired Maple Butcher Block Countertop. Left extremely satisfied with my purchase/experience and so excited for my new countertop installation!

I contracted with Lowe’s of Hicksville to install a kitchen and bathroom in early 2019, to find out several weeks later that the entire installation program was being shut down by corporate. At that point, communication between anybody completely broke down but I was already on the hook for having purchased the materials so the installation went forward. As installation commenced, the person who sold me the kitchen was terminated by Lowe’s due to corporate restructuring, so he completely checked out of my project. Two years later and $35000 later, I have more problems than ever with my kitchen due to shoddy workmanship. The saddles on the laminate floor have all buckles and ripped, the grout in my tiles is all falling out, and the cabinetry is a mess. One cabinet in particular is completely crooked and none of the drawers on it glide shut as a result. Furthermore the knobs on it we’re not installed in a level manner (one is offset from the other by 3/8″ of an inch) and the failure to shim the cabinet from underneath has led to the entire stretch of cabinets sagging in the middle. You can also see that the installers left adhesive inside some of the cabinet drawers that I have not been able to get off no matter what substance I use. At the time I tried to fix some of these problems with the person who sold me the kitchen and later with corporate, but getting anybody on the phone was difficult enough in itself and I gave up. The most I ever got as far as a response was to have one of the project managers tell me “It’s your kitchen now.” What a nightmare – logistically and in terms of work quality. I hate my kitchen.

I can not believe the lack of empathy that received at this Walmart. First they have me stand in line for 30 minutes to wait for my medicine. Once I walk into the store the pharmacy closes and I explained my situation and the pharmacy technician tells me I can’t help you.

Also, the security guards who are supposed to enforce the rules of entry let other customers cut the line. When I confronted him about it he made an excuse he made up an excuse.

The staff was very helpful. Called my Doctor when I brought the wrong RX to fill. Filled it quickly, Then advised about taking the medication and possible inter-reactions with some minerals I was taking. I noticed they were doing this with every customers RX. CVS & Walgreens never gave me a consultation, at best they only asked “any questions?”. Goodbye CVS & Walgreens Hello Walmart!

They did average on a Music’s Certicate Award, needed to coordinate better, they did all in a rush because of a board meeting they had after, recommendations: Keep personal to inform parents from others school about guidance, entrance, place of the meeting and specially orientation for children to know what to do. This is a constructive critic for future events.
