Had I known they had construction going on I would have never booked!! (You could imagine the noise)
The ground is dug up only gravel which I had no problem with but the grounds keeper came early in the morning with leaf blower blowing the gravel ground in between guests vehicles, raising dust and potentially small stones which could lead to damage to guests vehicles.. The room was ok …smells like a stale just got out the shower scent like old soap, wallpaper falling off ,the tub had no slip protection,the pool dirty but the staff was nice, decent breakfast, nice places to eat out nearby!

An out dated Hotel but very convenient for the wedding we went to at the Fox Hollow , which was literally down the street.
It is pricey considering the room was very small , bathroom did not have a sink or mirror….the sink and mirror were outside the bathroom.
The Outside is old and in need of repairs.
On a positive note the bed was comfy and the room was clean!

Room smell like smoke and the other room we had the window was open and lock broke, we did not know the window was open when we got into the room until the morning when I went to wake the kids up, my kids had that room and had no idea the window was wide open with no screen my 17 yo said thats why it was so loud she could hear everything outside, My mothers room had mold so bad in the shower they couldn’t use shower. Looks like they are remodeling dirt parking lot but far from making this place an enjoyable stay. We came in town for a wedding and this was the only hotel that had room blocks available. The staff was friendly and I over paid by a lot for this stay. We spent a whole 9 hours it was to gross to even shower at due to the smoke smell, all of clothes and luggage smelled like smoke for the rest of our stay with family that I left suitcase in van not to smell their home up.

This hotel is beautiful! It is clean and well maintained. I would stay here again. I came for a wedding and I am happy I stayed overnight. Staff is very nice also. Romantic suites and decor. Complimentary breakfast felt like I was at a restaurant! 5 stars all around for this hotel!

From the moment I called and spoke with Dani at the front desk who was so warm and welcoming it seemed the Inn at Fox Hollow had a wonderful staff…Dani helped secure a reservation for us and she was incredibly helpful with all questions. What a wonderful place to stay! We arrived after a long drive. Our first stop was the front desk where everyone was super! Such an exceptional team who are incredibly customer focused.
We loved our room which was on the first floor courtyard. Everything was lovely and Blake was super in assisting us when once we forgot our room key as we left to go out. I would recommend the Inn at Fox Hollow where every room is a suite so it felt like we were on a wonderful vacation!

The Inn at Fox Hollow is an absolutely beautiful venue for a wedding. They did a superior job on my niece’s wedding. The food was fantastic, service very good. The outdoor wedding setting was absolutely beautiful. We loved the room the wedding was in, it was not your run-of-the-mill wedding room it was elegantly rustic and different from all the many weddings I have attended elsewhere. This was truly a wonderful experience at the Inn at Fox Hollow. I highly recommend this venue.

Overall, I would sum up my stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham Woodbury Long Island as HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING! My stay was during a holiday weekend, which caused me to pay double of what the typical cost for the hotel would be. The room was pretty filthy, with noticeable stains on the carpet & furniture. Many of the outlets and light fixtures did not work. The smell in the room was musty, and got progressively worse when the AC/Heating unit was on. It was also very difficult to regulate the temperature in the room because the unit seemed to be faulty. The bathroom was dirty and tiny!

However, the most troubling part of the trip was the treatment by the front desk. The person at the front desk was very rude. We arrived about 15 minutes before check in. The woman in front of us was allowed to check in. But when I approached the desk, I was told that I had to wait until 3:00pm. So, I stood to the side and patiently waited. Then, another group, who arrived after us, was allowed to check in to their TWO rooms. Now I understand if early check in is not allowed under hotel policy. But this policy was clearly not equally enforced, and led me to believe I was being discriminated against.

My advice: if you can, pay the extra money for a better hotel. You will regret wasting your money on this overpriced dump!

We stayed for a week. The staff was friendly and housekeeping did a great job. The area is quiet, close to shopping and the freeway. There were no bugs. I’m very paranoid about bed bugs and there was no sign of any. The parking lot is small and parking spaces were a little challenging in our large car but we were able to park. There was a fridge, coffee pot, and hair dryer but no microwave. We would stay again if in the area.

I booked August 27-29, 2021. I stayed just overnight and checked out in the morning. I was ? disappointed in this hotel. The room smelled nasty and musty. The carpet is filthy, it turned my white socks dirty brown and my niece feet was dirty brown. This place needs to be gutted and renovated. It is definitely not worth the price and they charge you $100 deposit. The guy at front desk said it will be refunded to my card. I will definitely make sure to check my account. I asked him if I will get a refund for checking out before my date. He said they don’t refund on weekends. No breakfast and no pool! False advertisement! The only thing good is that it is close to a stop& shop, diner and eateries.

Celebrated my double nickels (55) birthday with friends and family on a Sunday afternoon. Food was excellent and plentiful for the price. The wait
staff was very accommodating in adjusting to what appeared to be a mix up with the reservations. They moved expeditiously, without a missed step
. Of course the grounds are exquisite for taking pictures. It wasn’t my 1st time here, but it was for many of my family and friends. They’re still raving. The owner even stopped by to wish me a Happy Birthday. Highly recommend.

As a wedding & event planner, I feel it’s always so easy and enjoyable to work with Oheka staff, especially Ms. Debbie Frank the private dining manager who really made my client’s engagement celebration dinner a wonderful experience. Because the booking was kinda last minute, Debbie replied my emails promptly with detailed information. And she helped us through the room booking, timeline, upgrade and menu selections! she even took good care of my client and guests onsite with heartfelt greetings and services. There were a dozen of junior kids at the event, Debbie and her team helped bring out many high chairs and even gave the little guests painting books and toys to enjoy. What a professional team and amazing service! I highly recommend Debbie and Oheka for your next important celebration!

Excellent!!!! That is my overall grading for Crest hollow. We initially booked with the venue in 2018. We instantly connected with the event planner but unfortunately, due to a family emergency he had to move to another state. We were informed of this by the wonderful event planner, Ms. Alana Monti, who replaced him. The transition was seamless. She is incredible!! When the pandemic occurred and we postponed our wedding, Alana was very supportive, kind and empathetic. She kept me centered. She was very responsive to all of my communications to her, big or small. Working with Alana was the least stressful part of our wedding. She is an absolute angel. Our wedding day was magical thanks to her. Our wedding guest raved about the food. Al, the maitre d’, and Kim, the bridal attendant, were wonderful! We were very well taken cared of. I was truly blessed to have had such a wonderful experience. Alana, we cannot thank you enough. You are the consummate professional with a golden heart. Thank you for listening, being available, the counseling, kind and supportive words and being in our corner. You understood what the day meant to us. Thank you to everyone at the front desk who greeted us warmly every time I came in, particularly Carl. Thank you to the chef, food was excellent, and every staff member I ran into. They always greeted me with hello. Crest Hollow is the best; they truly work with you and your budget. They are very transparent. They are invested with making you happy and they did just that for us. Thank you again Alana!!!!! We adore you.

Wow!!! very beautiful place ,beautiful views , beautiful ambiance , Staff is very professional and welcoming. Very nice venue to have your parties. neat and clean , when you are outside , you feel like your are in paradise.
Last Saturday attended the wedding reception here, Cocktails was outside and we all really enjoyed it , then went inside ball room on second floor. Ballroom also very beautiful , very nice and big dance floor. service was exceptional , very professional. Bartender specially Willy was very nice and professional, he really knew how to mix the drinks. Definitely recommend this place to all for their next wedding or reception and parties.

My husband and I had our wedding at The Mansion on 7/2/21 and it was absolutely perfect! The staff at The Mansion are all extremely passionate about what they do and are extremely accommodating. They truly want every event to feel special in this truly unique venue.

From the moment we booked up until 3 years after (when we were finally able to have our postponed wedding), Gary was truly wonderful to work with! He always answered all of our questions (usually with a yes) and was extremely attentive and pleasured to help us plan our wedding!

The day of the wedding was perfect! Everything went beyond smoothly- the staff set up all of our decorations just right! The food was great and the staff including Mike who was our maître d’ and Natalie the bridal attendant went above and beyond to be attentive and helpful!

We are beyond grateful to all of the staff at The Mansion for such a memorable wedding and are delighted that we chose The Mansion as our wedding venue!

Just got married last week and we had the most amazing, smooth sailing day. All thanks to this beautiful place. The staff was SO attentive, SO professional, just so amazing. I had the pleasure of having Mike as my Maitre’D and Natalie as my bridal attendant. Mike was there with me the day before helping us set up and was there for us throughout the whole wedding. He went above and beyond for us to make our day as special as can be. Natalie was there all day for us on our wedding day and was an absolute pleasure. If I had a small string on my dress, she had a pair of scissors to cut it off. If I was thirsty she had a drink ready to go. She made my day go so smoothly. And not to mention she’s the sweetest. This venue is amazing and would highly recommend to everyone! Thank you for making my wedding day a dream come true!!!

My son and his fiancée recently had their engagement party at this venue. I can’t tell you what an easy and wonderful experience it was planning this. Gary Schneider walked me through every step of the way leaving nothing to chance. The food was delicious, the open large venue perfect with its lovely indoor/outdoor access ( with an overhang in case of bad weather). It was a perfect day for my children, family and guests .. Ty to all Gary and his staff!

first day of school, my son’s bus is supposed to pick him up at 10:15, never showed up. Called the school, sent another bus at 11:09, totally late for his test. Very disappointed! I may have to take few days off just to be able to drop him off for the next few tests.

This place is completely incompetent. My father had his leg amputated and was brought to this facility because it had a dialysis machine. I thought all was well until I recently discovered that he had an infection at the site of his amputation. The nurses are practically non existent. My father was supposed to be given wound care but I doubt they even realize he had an amputation. When he needs to get assistance to go to the bath room the nurse or aide come about 2 hours after which led him to trying to go himself and falling. He is now in a hospital and getting antibiotics for the infection. Once again this was supposed to be handled by the doctors at the facility. If you have a love one in need of post traumatic card NOT BRING TO THIS PLACE.

The medical staff were kind and caring, but the rest of the staff was not. When my father passed away, it seems that some of his personal belongings were either stolen or misplaced. I have been completely unable to get in contact with anyone about this issue, despite having called different departments 5+ times. No one seems to want to follow up on what may have happened to his items. I am left to assume that they were stolen and that no one has any plans to remedy or acknowledge the situation.

This place is understaffed and underskilled to provide care. It is a for-profit organization caring more for its bottom line. The aides think they are doing someone a favor. I don’t believe their clinical staff is adequate either. Please, I don’t want your loved ones here. Now I will get a reply from the owner asking me to email with what happened. CMS Medicaid and Medicare should investigate this place.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who wants to grow socially or emotionally. You will be coloring and talking about your feeling 24/7 and will not be prepared for the real world. If I didn’t know any better I would think it was a elementary school. I also wouldn’t recommend to anyone who has beliefs of their own and doesn’t plan on conforming to their liberal ways. Which is extremely ironic considering they preach that they want the students to be “pioneers of change” which is stated in their Mission Statement. Don’t get me wrong, I have no problem with people being liberal however, I do have a problem with being scolded and looked down upon by the administration for not supporting the LGBTQ community and not wanting to be a feminist who “hates all men.” Don’t get me wrong, I think people can love whoever they want however, I am certainly not going to make LGBTQ posters during the school day. And yet again, this is astounding considering in their Mission Statement it states that they are “guided by the Catholic identity.” Lastly, I would like to point out that the entire staff and website is phony. All the “amazing” clubs that are listed, only about 5 of them are actually offered (pre-covid). The only activity that they actually have is Sports Night which is absolutely horrific and is clearly only catered to the girls that dance. I rather homeschool my daughter than send her their. Overall, don’t waste your time, money and patience!

Awful staff and customer service! I ordered balloons online and even had screenshots of the chat stating I could come in at any time to have balloons blown up. They refused to blow up a few balloons stating “they were too busy.” I will never shop at party city again after they ruined the decoration theme for my party.

Ordered over the phone today for pick up was told it would be ready in 20 minutes and got there in 20 minutes. When I got there the order wasn’t quite ready which was fine but had to go on a run around to the counter and back to the front figuring out where to get the food and when I finally got it instead of a Turkey Reuben there was a small cold Turkey wrap. They said they could make a new one but it was already late and I didn’t have time… was pretty disappointing. I’ve always loved Ben’s But it would have been nice to have a little bit better service and perhaps a better resolution.

Dr. Celia is the kindest most gentle, patient and compassionate pediatric dentist I have ever encountered. She made filling cavities a walk in the park for my 6 year old son. She has a calming demeanor that puts both children and parents at ease. Without hesitation- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I went to Dr. Harry after a recommendation from a friend who swore by him and after receiving 4 other opinions about my daughter’s treatment plan. He told me what I thought all along – that my daughter definitely didn’t need an expander. Everyone in the office was so warm and inviting. We are so happy to have found such a great doctor and staff!!!

Dr. Lisa and her staff are absolutely amazing!!!! My daughter needed two fillings this visit and they walked her through the entire process and made her feel comfortable the entire time! I can’t say enough about how wonderful they were and I am so excited to bring my children to Dr. Lisa for years to come!!!
