Really nice hotel. Everything is very clean. Everything also seems very new and updated: the architecture, electronics, furniture, bed sheets, everything.

The breakfast was good. But one morning there was only one cook serving the entire breakfast—they were short-staffed for sure. But the next days were better.

Overall a great stay!

Good place to stay. Room was good besides the little water damage on the ceiling but not a big deal. Staff is so nice and helpful. I would definitely come here again. My only complaint would be the pricing on the food downstairs. Way to expensive especially for mediocre food. I would recommend anyone planning to stay here get food from somewhere else.

The smell in the lower part is probably due to an old wet carpet and part of the ceiling in the hallway is falling down. Front desk and restaurant staff is nice though. Won’t ever stay here again unfortunately when I’m in the area again for business.

Stayed here for one night due to family emergency. Booked online at hotel website same day. Easy check in at desk. I booked a renovated room. Well don’t think it was renovated. Door on bathroom was stuck and was hard to open and close. I like that you can control the thermostat in the room as it was a very hot day out. AC was wonderful! Room has a small refrigerator, huge TV was a plus, towels are always thick, big and fluffy at Hilton hotels, and shower pressure was low as it must have a water saving shower head. Bed was too firm for me and pillows too soft and flat. It was comfortable enough to sleep. I like staying at Hilton hotels. I cannot give it 5 stars though based on my review.

I stayed here 12 nights across a few months in 2021. It was such a lovely and consistent part of my work travel scheduled. Really appreciated being able to self check in on the app and pick my room. Journee at the restaurant/bar was always the highlight and joy of all of my coworkers days staying here.

We stayed overnight at Holiday Inn for a wedding my husband and I were attending. My husband had to call a few times to ask if we can check in early. Luckily when we arrived (an hour prior to check in) we were given our room key so props to the front desk for that. It seemed they were fully booked with 3 different weddings. Upon opening our door, the room reeked of smoke. It was also very dark and the furniture looked old and dated. There was a sign on the desk by the door that said that the hotel was a “NON-SMOKING FACILITY.” There was also a small sign by the bathroom that was clearly used as an ashtray. When we spoke with the front desk of the smell, housekeeping came and sprayed the room down with some sort of deodorant. We were gone all day for the wedding and when we came back, the smell was still there. I felt dirty even after I showered because of the smell. And due to the smell, I couldn’t figure out whether or not the sheets I slept on were clean. One star is for the early check in and one star is for the clean towels.

Had a very nice pleasant three nights stay here for a family wedding. The front desk staff were great and very accommodating and had a wonderful dinner, lunch and breakfast during my stay. The chef did an excellent job, the food was very good and the presentation was beautiful. Our waiter was outstanding. The bartender was also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn.

Wow, it has been a while since I’ve been at a Holiday Inn- but wow totally impressed. Hotel had ample parking for all size vehicles, easy on easy off access. Check in was great, rooms were a tad confusing to find being odd and even hallways. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy and wahoo water pressure!!! Great place to stay!

The hotel room was great, I wish the dining room table had 4 chairs instead of two. The room accommodated my whole family. It was big enough and comfortable. The pool was great, so was the hot tub. The staff were very friendly and I will always go back to stay there during a family reunion or a big event. The breakfast was good every day. We were very close to our family’s home. The location was perfect. Like I said before, we are keeping this hotel in the books for future events

Beautiful hotel but the pet fee is extremely high, one of the highest in any hotel we’ve been to. An additional $200 added on to your bill! It’s outrageous. But if you don’t have pets It’s a great hotel. Updated, clean rooms are really nice. Down the road about a mile or two from Starbucks, Ivarone Italian Market, supermarket, etc Close to highway. Convenient location. We have a dog so will stay at Sheraton Four Points hotel nearby instead.

My spouse and I have stayed in MANY wonderful hotels but this one falls short. We arrived exhausted today for just one night until we drive back home. There was a young lady in a Blond ponytail at the front desk and another gentlemen. As she was checking in my spouse she was very rude to him.She was very dismissive and condescending. As we were about to walk away I reminded my spouse about our Allergy (We get very horrible hives from feathers)
Since this was an unplanned trip it skipped our mind. I turn around to tell the young lady and she snootily interrupts me and states “That was something you had to do before checking in” -I told her I understood that HOWEVER it slipped our minds and Someone will be able to change that for us if we call down ” She rolled her eyes dismissively.
When we verify once in our room we called downstairs.
My spouse did and she picked up and said “Yup” and hung up.
Surely a request as small as that can be done in two seconds by simply giving us 2 polyester pillows. I know many of people who demand way more from a Hotel.
The Hilton is known for great service and that is why we chose to stay here. But going forward,we will No longer do business with The Hilton.

We walk into our suite and it smells musty,Like uncleaned Rug. The Bed to begin with is poorly made and surfaces are not thoroughly wiped. It will probably be cleaner when we leave because my spouse and I travel with Lysol and Clorox wipes and clean anything we are going to touch in hotels. I am just completely and utterly flabbergasted and KNOW without a doubt that we were being discriminated against because my spouse is Black and I am Latina
I have worked in industries that require customer service and my stance is that you show everyone Respect and make sure you try your best to make their day a little bit more easy.

These people are crooks. Never give your social security number or personal info to them. They bait and switch you on the cost. They said the bill was $1,300 for my daughters trip to the ER. We can’t afford health insurance because it’s too expensive. After we paid the bill, they sent additional invoices to us stating that the hospitals don’t pay the MD’s and staff, and that costs $1,500. Crooks!!!! This place should be shut down.

Disgusting. My mother in law was having a cardiac event, went to the emergency room and THEY TOLD HER TO JUST WAIT! She had clammy hands, jaw hurt, and headache and they just said wait. Thankfully my father-in-law said forget this and they left and drove straight to St. Francis hospital where they were extremely impressed. She got an EKG immediately and other tests and surgery shortly after that and saved her life. It was made known if she stayed at Plainview on the waiting room SHE WOULD HAVE DIED (we found out she had an STEMI – look it up if you don’t know how serious that is) If this hospital could get zero stars they would.

Worst experience ever. DO NOT SHIP FROM THIS LOCATION! Have shipped 3 packages from this location and 2 were delivered extremely damaged. Tried to speak to employees and was told there is nothing they can do about it. All packages were double boxed and wrapped with bubble wrap. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Protect your hard earned money.

I have visited the UPS store in Plainview quite a few times over the past year. I’ve sent Amazon returns and many a package to my daughter in college in Ohio.

I have had only positive experiences with this location. Amazon returns take less than two minutes. Other packages are always taken quickly and efficiently. Last week they were short handed and the employee helping me didn’t bother taking his break. (thank you Richard)

Employees are friendly and always looking to help you get your stuff out for the best price. There is an AAA discount too. I’ve also asked them to look at tracking past packages and they do so willingly.

UPS service seems to be so much better than USPS… despite great staff there, my packages don’t arrive as quickly.

We placed an order for duvet covers and seat coverings for our boat. Tony was extremely helpful in guiding us to the right fabrics to meet our needs. We had our heart set on a specific material for our seating and the Fabric Mill did not carry it. They actually got the line of fabric in for us! The final products exceeded our expectations. The owner is happy to assist as well. Will definitely be using them again.

Nasty technician ( the one with the curly weave), no patience with my special needs son. Didn’t even try to talk to him.

When we went to the lab on Bergen St in Freeport, I forgot my paperwork. I must say the previous tech had input everything in the computer and we had no problem getting tested.

Staff there is terrible. They couldn’t “find” my doctor(it’s not hard) to send the results to so I had to go out to Huntington and they found my doctor easy. Nothing against Quest on the whole but this location is terrible and gave me attitude when it was their fault. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I’m not among those who look forward to lab work, but when I need to, this Quest location makes it the least painful experience for me.

So far I’ve only done walk-ins, usually around their early opening hours of 6am. This lets me go in and about my workday without a hiccup.

Registration is quick through the kiosk. Waiting room has been made into reduced capacity by leaving alternating chairs empty. Sanitizers abundant. Option to wait in the car available from the kiosk.

I have found staff to be polite, efficient, skilled. I’ve been here for routine bloodwork, and have found the ordeal to be quicker and less painful at good labs like this one (over, say, most doctors’ offices)
