I stopped in today September 3rd, to purchase a new Apple Watch since I dropped my previous watch and cracked the screen. The gentleman that help I think his name was David was awesome and helped me quickly and efficiently. He answered all of my questions and did so with a friendly attitude. His positivity was nice considering I had a rough day. Thank you so much and I highly recommend coming to this Best Buy for your technological needs!

Best date night spot! You get the best of both worlds! Movies & dining!
There’s a great menu that you can order from and they bring it right to you! Also there’s a bar on site which is great if you want a drink to go along with your food!
The theater is overall clean except for the bathrooms.
I have been coming here for years and this theater is constantly upgrading. Love it!

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this AMC is bigger than the one in Bay Terrace. The one in Bay Terrace has 40 seats per theatre but this one has more. The reclining seats are extremely comfortable and soft. I went with my friends to watch the new Marvel movie.

Good movie theater. As a 6’8″ man I actually fit into their sites and don’t have to get up everytime someone from my asides needs to run out. There were no napkins or straws anywhere my last visit but that never happened before so assuming it was just a fluke thing or they were short staffed.

Went for church anniversary celebration. Beautiful location.good food. Waiter moved too quickly with removing some items off the table that we weren’t finished with yet(coffee,cake) nice sized dance floor. Beautiful ambiance. Great company.

We had a fantastic experience with our wedding at the Sterling. Puja was extremely helpful in putting our day together and making sure everything ran smoothly. The packages Sterling offers (DJ, photographer, decor, food) also makes things easy and less stressful. Would definitely do another event here!

A visit for returning Amazon items. Its not the first time I’ve been in a kohl’s. The returns are very fast unless the patrons don’t have their items ready, but staff is good. They give you a receipt and a coupon for the store typically. This time they gave $5 off anything. It was a struggle to find anything that was a good price, minus $5. I eventually found a shirt for my wife and waiting on a long line for 10 minutes and it didn’t move. At this point I returned the shirt to a shelf and left. This was early afternoon, not a rush hour time. They could have given me the shirt for free, but it’s not worth a half hour to wait in line to check out. The store is clean however, well lit and the temperature is comfortable. Employees have always been helpful. They are just drastically understaffed.

Absolutely the worse service, dropped my son’s laptop for fan replacement and they didn’t even repair it. Told us that they couldn’t get the part from Dell and couldn’t repair after holding on to the laptop for 2 months. Whenever we called for updates, rep could never tell us anything. I recommend going to Sakki computers repair shop. They took care of mine in a week.

Very unprofessional. I went to install a radio and 2 amps for my car. Within a day of leaving the amps were falling apart in the trunk along with the apple car play not working. In addition i brought another vehicle to install the same radio and parts were not connected correctly. I also noticed that the glove box compartment was not seated back properly. I reached out to Geek Squad and they told me to bring in my car on a day I did not have an appointment to fix these issues since it was from a previous job. I verified 3 times that it would not be a problem for me bringing in my car when I was not scheduled. They told me no problem. I brought the vehicle in and the lady says we”ll work on your car in between the 2 other cars they already had. I didn’t agree to this over the phone but figured even if my amps were fixed so they weren’t apart or the radio connectivity fixed, it wouldnt be a waste of a trip since I live an hour away. My car ended up staying at Best Buy for 10 hrs. I dropped the vehicle off at 10am and came back at 7pm to pick it up. When Chris the technician called, he said he was only able to adjust the latch on the glove box within those whole 10 hrs. As a customer I couldn’t believe this, I live an hour away from the Levittown location and pretty much waited all day for them to do something that takes 10-15 min. i went back to pick up and questioned this. Chris was extremely rude and began to walk away from me and asked me to get out which was very unprofessional.I didn’t like the way he spoke to me. I then went to speak to Geek Squad Supervisor Rafa Sikder who pretended to listen to my concerns and agreed then said she would call me back the next day with the best solution. I don’t think my issue was very important to her since she never called. I also noticed that Geek Squad had cancelled all of my upcoming appointments at their store. Was this the solution ? I decided to go back in person, I saw Rafa and she ran to the back of the stock room to hide. I was then introduced to another manager Andrew Acompora who I explained my situation to as well. He states that the appointments were cancelled because the technician didn’t like the way he was spoken to when he didn’t seem to be bothered with what I had to say. I also tried to get a last name for the technician from Mr. Acompora but he refused to give it to me. I told him I could wait until he found it, He then responded with ” You can wait all day” Again not a way to talk to a paying customer. I had more parts to install but you can’t tell a customer to come in for service thinking their either gonna fix their previous mistakes or put on new parts but instead not fix anything. It was a waste of time and more importantly a waste of my day. The bottom line is, it’s not worth to bring your car here for service. The job won’t be done right and you’ll most likely have problems you didn’t have before.

Some of the workers are lazy, but a few that i met today were very helpful & kind. I got what i was looking for.

Got my hair done by Mariel Miglio and my hair has NEVER looked more fantastic. She was very sweet and made me feel super comfortable with trying something new with my hair. I DEFINITELY found myself a new stylist and my boyfriend absolutely loved how my hair looked when she was finished.

The employees had absolutely NO personality. There was no “hi how are you” or “have a great day”. They literally sat and had a full blown conversation about the cashiers nails instead of helping me, didn’t listen to what I was saying, the woman with the copper highlights seemed like she didn’t even want to be there & seemed annoyed. This is the first ULTA I’ve been to where the people just seemed … off. As if they hate their job or something… I got better info from the customers!! The woman with the LV mask was nice and so was the woman at the very front door selling the sunscreen stuff but everyone else seemed angry, depressed, annoyed or too into their conversation to notice customers.

I dont know how this business got anyone to give them more than one star. If i could give minus stars for this place, i would.
I just buried my 31 year old son and the funeral was held here at chappey ( not my choice)
At a time of grief and difficulty, it is so important to have your loved one, and your family, treated with sympathy, respect, dignity, and kindness by the funeral home that your counting on to ease the transition of losing someone you love
As if losing my son wasnt enough, this “business” made the grieving process so much more painful.
Besides not finding even one of their staff to be genuinely sympathetic to our loss, every time we had any communication with them, it was clear it was just a cold business deal to them. Andrew was abrupt, fast speaking, made excuses for hurrying you away from him, “ im the only funeral director here, were short staffed,ect ect ect. Especially after they get your money! We got the feeling Whenever we called that we were inconveniencing them. Always an excuse “ talking to other family’s, in a meeting, i had to go there personally twice because my phone calls were not being returned! We actually caught him in a lie!
When you were there for the viewing, my guests expressed to me they felt uncomfortable with the staff no smiles or gestures of sympathy but watchful eyes following them as if you were a poorly dressed shopper in a high end diamond store.
The day of burial, we dealt with “ Maureen”, another funeral director. She was even worse! She presented as a scattered, harried, impatient, individual who definitely seemed to not have any social etiquette training for this line of work. We all felt as if we were inconveniencing her with our family members death.
I can go on and on with the details but in short, if i could save just one family with this post from this horrible experience that we had we this place that will forever be attached to memories of my sons final days here on earth, it will be a conciliation.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! .

Did not have any experience here but I was highly offended when colleagues advised that while at a wake there, they were asked to remove their face mask so that they did not ‘offend’ anyone.
A place that supposedly opens their arms and home to police officers and their families and the face mask asked to be removed was that of a Blue Lives Matter flag. I wear mine proudly and I would be highly offended if someone asked me to remove it. For this reason I felt the need to leave a review here. ?????

Literally everytime i come to this place, they never have enough tellers. I see half a dozen people sitting at their desks, one teller, and a line of customers out the door. The only reason I have an account is because the branch is a block away. But even with that, im probably going to move to another bank

Ashley was absolutely horrible. She constantly made comments about the bridesmaids bodies and weight. I have called multiple times to get in touch with the manager and no response. I will not be getting my bridesmaid dresses here. Highly recommend elsewhere.

Here Comes the Bridesmaid has an impressive collection of bridesmaid dresses to choose from. They have all the major designers and their prices are reasonable. The best aspect of the company, however, is their customer service. Alexis and Elizabeth were beyond helpful and they were SO responsive via email (their average response time was literally 10 min EVERY time I emailed them). Overall, I highly recommend Here Comes the Bridesmaid!!

BEST DEALERSHIP!! I just purchased a 2017 Honda HR-V and I cannot express how happy I am and how amazing the entire staff was in helping me purchase the car. I went in on a last ditch effort to see if I could get approved, because I have worse than horrible credit. Next thing I knew, they had their entire team coming up with a game plan to get me approved and into a safe, reliable, certified, beautiful car. They understood what I needed and actually listened to my situation and gave me a chance. There were a few options available/offered and they made it work for me so that I could not only get the car, but be able to afford it on a monthly basis and made sure I was comfortable. I worked directly with Marie, Christina and Armani, however everyone there was amazing. I had my 3 young children with me, they were blowing up balloons to play with them while I was working on the paperwork and waiting to be approved. The car that I got is beautiful inside and out. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs a new car – and if you need a car I would not hesitate in going in and working with them to get your new car!!!!!

We recently purchased a new vehicle from Honda City. This was our third purchase from this dealership. Jonathan was our salesman, he was fantastic. I knew what I wanted, and I had a good idea of what the final price would be. Jonathan went out of his way to make the deal possible. He worked with me to help find the exact vehicle I wanted. He never pressured me (unlike other dealers), and was very attentive to what I wanted. This dealership also has a great service team. Good job Honda City!

The pharmacist Renee was the most caring and compassionate person I have encountered in a long time. I was going through a rough time because my mom died.

I needed a refill on a prescription medication and she made sure she moved heaven and earth to get it done. I was undergoing a lot of anxiety because I ran out of my medication and she went above and beyond to help me.

Caring people like this are hard to find in today’s society. Renee is a kind, caring and wonderful pharmacist. I appreciate her so much. I called corporate to make sure they know what a wonderful employee they have. I hope she gets the accolades she deserves.

AVOID.

Looking for a new pharmacy as of now. Have stuck with this one despite numerous issues for a few years. Every time I pick up my own medication I have to ask for my address to be updated, despite the address being over 6 years old. The last few times I’ve picked up medication for my husband they said our insurance didn’t cover it, only to see that they were looking at the wrong insurance. I know it is not the doctors providing them the incorrect addresses and insurance because they never had the previous ones.

I don’t know if it is their system that is the problem, or the pharmacy staff. It is unfortunate because this store is right on the way home from work.

They did average on a Music’s Certicate Award, needed to coordinate better, they did all in a rush because of a board meeting they had after, recommendations: Keep personal to inform parents from others school about guidance, entrance, place of the meeting and specially orientation for children to know what to do. This is a constructive critic for future events.

I normally have great customer service from this store but last night was the absolute worst. I came into the store to upgrade my phone as mine had broken and it was time for an upgrade.
There were 2 people in the store, a man and a woman who neither greeted me as I came in. There were no other customers in the store. The woman was closer so I went to her. Her name was Toya. I paid my phone bill and then attempted to purchase a new phone. She kept trying to sell me an IPhone when I wanted an Android. She told me that they don’t keep Androids in the store because everyone wants the IPhone even though the store has Galaxy models on display. She did get up and look in the back to see if they had any which they didn’t. I was told to go to Best Buy or another store.
I left the store with no “thank you for stopping in or I’m sorry we didn’t have the phone”. I used to like this store but I will go to another store in the future.

I came to the Bethpage AT&T store for a watch fix that I spent 2 hrs on the phone with customer service and to get no where and got my watch fixed by Latoya and Jessica. I was greeted upon arriving with high cheekbones( cus their wearing masks) and nothing but a good interaction after. I’m highly grateful for there assistance.

I came into the store to open up a new line and possibly get a new phone. Andy was the store rep that helped me out, he was very knowledgeable and friendly; he notified me of all the promotions they had going on. He was very patient and was able to answer all of my questions, and in the end he helped me choose a plan that worked best for me. I definitely recommend coming to this store, and I definitely recommend asking for Andy when you go. I walked out with a new plan and a new phone, and I got a great deal on all of it, thanks to Andy.

Used to frequent this establishment regularly when we lived in area more than 40 years ago. Rarely get to Long Island, but if we do Zorn’s us almost a guaranteed stop. Great, even outstanding, Southern Fried Chicken and sides. Well worth the trip, bring coolers and ice packs so can make the long trip (over 75 miles) home.

First trip since the pandemic, they are in new facility with tables to eat at. In all honesty, no tables were being used when we were in building, but it was before noon on a Sunday. Can’t say how crowded tables get. Staff, from gentleman at the order counter to the cashier at checkout were polite, friendly and a pleasure to be served by. Feel good when leaving just because you had been there. If in the area good place to patronize and enjoy the food.

This place has been a landmark here in Bethpage for decades. Fried or baked chicken, pork and I’m not sure if they have duck or not. (I found out later, they do have duck.) Reasonable prices, great food. Same recipes from the 1950’s.
Salads and wraps and dessert too.
