When first checking in, they forgot to code our keys so we had to return to the desk. Once we were able to get into our room, it was sweltering. The AC was left off on an 87 degree day. There was no mini refrigerator, which was unacceptable as we were traveling with our 6 month old and brought milk for him. And, the velvet chair in the room was covered in disgusting white splotchy stains. (You can only guess what that was). When I went back to the front desk for the second time within ten minutes of arriving and informed them of the lack of fridge and disgusting chair the woman receptionist goes “OH! We tried to clean that……” So, they knew about this item of furniture and LEFT IT IN THE ROOM? This room also cost almost $300. There was NOTHING okay about this situation. We will never stay here again.

My stay at The Andrew was exceptional because of Willie’s incredible service, kindness, professionalism and attentiveness. He is one in a million. I have never met anyone in my life that instantly brings a smile to my face and radiates such joy everyday. An excellent 18 years of stays at the Andrew. Thanks Willie!

Lobby is nice staff friendly. That’s where it ends. Carpets on leading to my room were FILTHY! Looks like its been weeks since it was vacuumed, let alone cleaned! Room was updated but COVERED in dust on all surfaces. Needs updates to the bathrooms that have rust, chips and not well cleaned (hair on my floor at check in); no towels (housekeeping directed me where to find some)! Location is great. I have read several not so great reviews, but this is 1 of 2 hotels in town. You all should make this hotel a travelers obvious choice hotel by significantly stepping up your cleaning!! Its a shame, that the pictures on the website clearly are NOT recent! It’s a real shame that hotel management doesn’t read these reviews. Atleast if they do, I have not heard back from them. This hotel has incredible potential… such an easy fix but little pride in customer input.

Great, luxury, quite, and clean.
Parking lot is huge so you’ll not have to worry about it.
For me it’s the best place to go for high end stores because this has my favorite stores in one place.

Also 5* to Cipollini, food is delicious.

Don’s :
– it’s pricey not affordable
– gets a little packed sometimes
– there aren’t many food options to choose from

We stop by this mall from time to time. Nice outdoor setting with some medium to high end shops that we would otherwise have to travel into Manhattan for. Selections aren’t as wide but it’s something to do.

Had my wedding room block here. The service was great. Anthony, the sales manager made us feel special. Our turn down service the night of the wedding with rose petals and champagne was unexpected and appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a nice hotel! Clean! Which is very important to me. It was roomy. I felt like we all weren’t on top of one another. Bathroom was big as well. Very happy with our stay. I would totally recommend. The only reason I gave it 4 stars because we love pools, and this hotel doesn’t have one.

As Mother of the Bride (MOB) who has “off the beaten path” taste AND tight purse strings, I was finally able to find not 1 but 2 super flattering gowns that met these criteria. So I bought BOTH. Found on the sale rack, together they cost less than the price of one modestly priced piece. My cashier went the distance trying to find the price for one which was not tagged. She earnestly backed into a price by researching past records and applying her own ingenuity. What a relief to conclude MOB dress shopping. Next, ugh, shoes!

UPDATED REVIEW (June 2021):
– Engaged on-floor employees.
– Men’s non-formal shoes selection has severely decreased.
– No shoes of any kind for women above size 10 narrow.
– Decrease of clothes and styles in plus sized women’s clothing selection.
– Major decrease in jewelry.
– Barely anything for Pride (also barely visible) and have not seen any more advertising for Black-owned brands.
– Increase in mediocre nostalgia t-shirts.
– Overall decrease in clothing geared towards midteens to early 30’s, even in athletic brands.

Been walking out without one item or nothing. Place is getting stale real quick.

Original review:
The makeup section and men’s has a lot, but everywhere else seems to have suffered over the years, whether it’s in regards to the amount of things in a department (like women’s plus size clothing or underwear) or variety (like brands of purses or once again, women’s plus sizes).

People who personally help you select outfits for special occasions are on top of their game.

Also, if you know what kind of smell you’re going for, the employees are very educated and good at helping you find your newest scent.

They also just re-did their parking lot! Begone potholes!

Overall, nice Macy’s to shop at. I always enjoy myself when I’m there.

Dominic and I just wanted to thank you and your staff for making our wedding the most memorable. Our bridal attendant Rina and maitre’d Peter were absolutely phenomenal. Since the moment we got off the party bus they didn’t leave our side. They were super attentive.
Everything was just amazing and we had the times of our lives.
That night everyone kept praising the food, service, and overall aesthetic of the place. Our wedding was 5 days ago and we are still getting calls and texts about how amazing it was.

I was at a noon wedding 8/14, I parked my car with your valet service, and someone stole a pair of ray ban sunglasses from my center console. These glasses has very strong sentimental value to me, they were the last gift from my father. I know the glasses were stolen because the case is still in the console. Is there anyway you can ask your staff out of the kindness of their heart to return the black ray ban aviator sun glasses? I am even willing to pay for them. I am honestly devastated. Please let me know if there is anything you can do, or if there is anything I can do, I will pay $500 to get these glasses back, I will pay $1000 if I need to. Please.

Dr. Tuckman was the best, he did my carpel tunnel surgery in 2018 and I recently revisited him for trigger finger which he gave me a shot for, I was better the next day. He really is one of the finest surgeons I ever had.

Dr Tuckman is the definition of an excellent surgeon. He fixed my torn thumb ligament and had me back at work in 3 days. He explained aspects of the injury and the surgery in a manner that was easy to understand. At 4 months after surgery I have full function of my thumb and no pain. I would highly recommend Dr Tuckman.

Jan 3 2020 went to him for my shoulder. He spent maybe all of 5 mins told me I was fine, the pain will heal and sent me on my way. Today is 5/24/21 and I have a torn rotator cuff.

Whole Foods is my favorite place to shop. Since Amazon has bought it I feel the prices have been improvement. The vegetables/fruits are organic and fresh, the meats selection is great and tasty. The sushi is delicious. The Manhasset location is small and busy so make sure you don’t go during peak hours. Home Delivery is a game changer for me as I am a busy professional. I order once a week and never had any issues.

I was in the store the past Sunday 9/19 and I have a terrible experience at the Deli Department a Team Member there she was standing doing nothing and the other guy was helping other customer I wait there for about 10 minutes and she was just standing looking the other guys working so I ask him if someone else can help since the customer he was asking for a lot items and at the end she help me but I was telling her what I want I don’t know if she Don’t understand English or she don’t want to work so I ask her for plain In House turkey because I love it is so delicious and instead of give me turkey she give me roast beef and I can’t eat beef I think you need to have better team members in the deli and don’t have her because her customer service is terrible I ask a Bakery Team Member Name and her name is Miriam is really rude and she needs to understand what she is doing there help the customers no standing looking the other work.

It was a great privilege and experienced! My husband was admitted there for almost 3 weeks and can’t thank enough for the Doctors, Nurses and all the staffs especially at 6 Monti where my husband stayed , I’m so grateful, thankful and blessed because if not of them I don’t know what had happened to my husband, we’ve been a lot of hospital but the North Shore University Hospital is the best! Thank you so much for everything especially at 6 Monti! You’re the best! God bless each one of you and I keep you all in my prayers your a true heroes ❤️? helping without hesitation! I’ll give 5 stars because the work that really matters (the medical work) is top notch. But, the clerical stuff is abysmal. Nearly 3 hours waiting for 2 pieces of paper to sign for discharge is insane and it happened to my grandfather twice. Their doctors, nurses, and everyone else are amazing and highly tentative. If they could just pick up the pace on getting people into and out of rooms it would be the perfect hospital.

Cecille our RN closed our day with such a professional manner. She made sure our baby was well taken care of. Other nursing staff did such amazing job taking care of our newborn son and the doctors that took care of the delivery did amazing in motivating my wife and I in the labor process. They are very attentive to us and was very thorough in everything we asked. Thank you North Well Health for everything. Blessings to everyone!

Dr Richmond is the best. He saved my life and fixed me after my car wreck. He is always busy when I see him in the office but he was there when it counted in the hospital. HE IS THE BEST THERE COULD BE.

I’d like to take the opportunity to thank Darcy from Tiffany & Co. from the Manhassett location. I had an issue with a piece of jewelry that had been repaired recently, Although the issue was not resolved Darcy from Customer Service made sure that I would not leave the store until the issue was resolved once and for all. She is a true professional in her line of work and deserves a Mangers position within the Company where she can implement her special skills that she possesses. I would also like to thank Lauren Waterman for taking great care of all my concerns with this issue. They have restored my faith in Tiffany and Co. and I look forward to future purchases at their location.

Dr. Jessica Lee saw me first as an emergency retinal surgery patient 3 years ago and since as a regular follow up patient. She is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Office staff is super friendly and appointments are easy to make and change. There have been times where the waiting is 30 minutes but that’s rare and they do deal with many unforeseen emergencies on a day basis so I’m okay with waiting.

From the moment I called to schedule an appointment the staff here addressed all my concerns, and worked with me to schedule an appointment that worked best for me. The day I arrived at the service department all the staff were polite and friendly and worked meticulously to get my Audi back on the road. The amenities in the waiting area was very nice too, and I like the fact that you are apprised via text and video of any issues that may have arisen with your car, and you are also notified when your car is finished with the service via text as well. I also liked the 2 prong approach when it came to the multi-inspection report where you get a printout and a link where you can view your cars inspection report online. Also liked the clean use of space and the way the furniture was laid out which added to aura and appeal of place. Provided a sophisticated yet minimalist feel.

My boyfriend and I went to the used car portion of this dealership to look at a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. We had an appointment for 2:15 and when we arrived, there was no salesmen ready to help us. We waited almost 15 minutes for one to be available. After one finally came over to us, we asked to see the Jeep. We had many questions about the car, one including the details about the cars history and car fax, to which the salesman answered “I don’t know” with no further explanation. While looking at the Jeep, the salesman kept a distance and had absolutely no knowledge on the car, was kind of just acting like a babysitter with engaging in absolutely no conversation. Then when we asked to test drive the car, the salesman handed us the keys to the Jeep and told us to be back in 10 minutes. I found this rather odd as most salesmen stay in the car with you during the test drive. When we got back from the test drive, we had to find our salesman as he was no where to be seen and told him we were interested in buying the car. When we sat at the table we asked him about pricing. During this entire conversation he must have stated at least 6 times that “the price was firm”. When we gave him a price only $1,000 under the sticker price, he told us he would not even ask his manager because he was sure he would deny the sale. We told him we were not interested in the car and walked out of the dealer. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE WITH SALESMEN WHO ARE WILLING TO HELP YOU!!!!

Dr Mauri was recommended to me by my primary Doctor, so I called his office to schedule an appointment for a cervical spine issue with a possible pinched nerve that has caused me severe neuropathy and muscle spasms resulting in extreme limited range of motion. I had had cervical fusion surgery in the past which possibly may have acerbated the problem. After describing my situation to his receptionist she said she would turn my info over to the doctor for his evaluation. I got a call back on a Monday by his office and was told by the same receptionist that he only sees surgery patients and that I do not qualify to see him. Then I was told to go for electric shock therapy! Is this charlatan for real??
He dares to recommend a course of treatment without seeing the patient first. Doctors most often want to perform an examination for giving a prescription.
As far as I am concerned his video is pure self aggrandizing hypocrisy. He is as caring for a patient in need as much as the IRS cares about middle-class taxpayers. Not surprising he is the type of professional that fits perfectly into the Northsick bureaucracy.

The most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. Received the MRI report he ordered 2 weeks ago and despite multiple calls to the office, can’t get a call back to discuss my results. Avoid this office like the plague unless you want to wait multiple weeks to hear back on your health.
