We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was small, but it was nice, clean and cozy. There is a bar / restaurant and they serve amazing hamburgers and fries. The bar had a good vibe filled with locals and vacationers. Will be back next season! 🙂

Would have been better to have a shower with a tub. It was hard to get towels and little things at times since we didn’t do daily room service. The brand new staff in the afternoon shift Saturday 9/5 was super busy, yet was so sweet and helpful. The staff with here and the night shift were also great.

5 stars … great experience.. I have been coming for the past 5 years at the Long Beach Hotel.. The staff is great, and very friendly .. The bar mixes the best drinks and they are delicious . The restaurant has great food at very reasonable prices … The food is spectacular … You must try the French fries! I got a chicken sandwich and French fries. Both incredible, love the sauce. Other than that the rooms were very clean and the staff did a great job accommodating us. The prices are very fair … It is a great Boutique Hotel at the Beach and it is only 35 minutes from Manhattan and down the block from the beach … I stayed with my family and everyone had a great time. One of the best vacations I Have ever been on. Love the hotel and will continue the tradition of coming with my family. 10/10 would recommend

This is a family friendly hotel! It was perfect for my husband and two kids. The pool is on the roof and not too deep, very good for kids who aren’t swimmers. The beach is literally steps away. They have valet service if you want but literally parking is everywhere. The staff was sweet and very accommodating and polite. They upgraded our room to a kings suite and only charged us part of the price! The restaurant was pretty fancy and the food was great. We enjoyed steak, scallops and salmon at very good prices considering this is NY. I am definitely bringing my family back next summer for another stay-cation.

Great location. And that’s about it. Check in process is disgraceful. Bedding is a sheet and a blanket that feels like a gritty towel. Partial ocean view is decent but the windows are covered with a cloudy film and you can’t open the windows to enjoy the ocean breeze. Someone actually tried to open our door while we were napping and they were assigned our room…scary and bizarre. Furniture in the rooms are stained I don’t even want to sit on the chairs. And a dog was barking on our floor the whole time. And I LOVE dogs. But that’s just not cool. And we’re here for 3 nights..For 1900 dollars. Management and owners should be absolutely ashamed. The cost is criminal for what you get.

I had Family Vacation recently and I booked a Room. Room was NOT clean as I expected, there was lots of dust on mirror and bed was not good at all. Some parts of the Bed has broken (down part of the bed) which was totally unexpected. However, Food was awesome in the Restaurant and Ocean View was Excellence. We had a good time except Room Cleaning and Bed Issue. I hope Hotel Management Team will more keep focus on Cleaning of the Room and so on!

Most of the teacher are great , great clubs, great PTA,lots of opportunities if your kids are willing to work at it, cafeteria food is awful,need a healthier selection, counselors wonderful. my kids have had a great experience there and my son is graduating at the top of his class, got accepted to all of hi s TOP colleges! Bathrooms should be cleaner and should have fresh salad bar and smoothie bar.

I currently go here. The student teacher ratio is 1:22. Our former principal resigned after being accused of sexual harassment. There are about 1500 kids and about 1350 lockers. There are fights all the time, cops are here daily. The quality of this school has definitely gone down.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. My daughter’s engagement party was here this past weekend and all I can say is WOW!!! It was the best party ever!! I’d like to personally shout out to “ERIC”
He went above and beyond for us!! Do not hesitate at all to have a party here and ask for him specifically!! You will not be disappointed!!
The decor, the service, the food all were over the top perfect. Our guests did not stop complimenting everything !!! We had a blast and will never forget this amazing experience !!!

Don’t book them very rude, and conceded and obnoxious. Called and email numerous of times nobody answered. Then finally they did and they gave me and my sister different information. How do you give one price to one person and a different price to the other ? They have two different restaurants and they request the same amount of people for both but meanwhile the capacity is different for each restaurant. It feels like I was just brushed off not to book a party for me. They pick and choose their clients. I guess my party wasn’t bringing enough money and that’s why they’re not interested. And I love the phrase I was told : “we never have cancellations”. Never say never. Good luck

I love this branch. The tellers and management are unfailingly pleasant, helpful, and more than competent, and it’s light, airy and pleasant inside, with comfortable waiting area. Especially courteous and accommodating to senior with mild disability, that cheerful going the extra mile with a smile is so much appreciated! Recommended, do business here.

Scheduled appointments for covid vaccine for elderly grandparents 2 weeks out. Got a cancellation message 10 mins before getting there. No one picked up the phone or rescheduled or provided any info. How does a pharmacy cancel on 82 year old patients with no notice or alternative? Awful

Two servers both wearing masks as chin guards. They refused to use masks properly when asked. Using the same dirty knife for all customers without even wiping off.

The care that my mother received at the Grandell was like a five star hotel. The staff really treated her like their own mother. We setup a tablet so we can see her at any time and saw first hand the compassion and care that my mother received. Their therapies were also tough but motivating. My mother left the Grandell yesterday ready to conquer the world again.

My mother was just discharged from the Grandell after recovering from her second broken hip in 3 years. The entire staff, from the Administrators, (Daniel Kret) to the amazing CNA’s; Sharron Prince, Keesha and Singh provided our mother with kind and compassionate care. The entire staff is imbued with a culture of “nice”. We can’t thank them enough!!

One of my favorite public 18-hole courses in the area. The greens are in good condition. Very scenic and very challenging. Numerous water holes. Especially the 16th. Bring lots of balls, you’ll need them.

Went to a Haloweef festival last weekend IT WAS GREAT. only 20dollars per child they got free popcorn or cotton candy entrance to all the events and access to all the rides as many times as they liked oh plus a free pumpkin!!! U can’t get better that that plus the portasans were VERY VERY CLEAN!!!!! The town or community did a great job oh they had a live band also!!!!!
